Payment
I understand that once I sign up and pay for my membership in full that I have secured my subscription for the season. In signing up for the Free Hand Farm bouquest subscription, whether I pay in full or in installments, I am liable for the full amount of the share. If a payment is unable to be processed, the subscription will be placed on hold until payment is made.

After the date of the first bouquet delivery there is no refund for cancellation. Members may choose to find an alternate person to buy out the rest of the season’s share, and the share ownership will be transferred to the alternate person. The alternate person will pay the original shareholder directly.

Receiving Your Bouquet
I understand that my weekly deliveries will be delivered to me at the requested address. If I am out of town and cannot find a substitute to take my share, I am to notify Free Hand Farm in advance so my service can be suspended. I will receive two bouquets the week following the suspension

Sharing Our Season
I understand that as a subscription member, I share in the bounty and the risks of farming, including poor harvests due to unfavorable weather or pests, or the total loss of all crops due to a natural disaster such as flood, drought, tropical storm or hurricane.

Email
By signing up for the bouquet subscription, I understand that I will be added to the weekly email list. This is how Free Hand Farm communicates updates and changes, as well as what the bouquet of the week will be. Free Hand Farm will not be held responsible for miscommunications due to our e-mails going to your spam folder. Notify us immediately if you do not receive an e-mail receipt of your payment or your weekly email.

All our customer information is kept strictly confidential. We do not release any information to anyone regarding our customers. We do not sell or make our email addresses or mailing list available to any other parties or companies. The registration web site is a secure site where your information will be safe.
